Return Policy
OhBuyIt.com only accepts returns if the product is DOA (dead on arrival). If your purchase is not in working order, you must notify us within 14 days of when you received the item, and we will determine if the product needs to be replaced. If we have the item in stock, we will exchange; if not, we will provide a refund.The refund will be the cost of the item, not the shipping cost. The shipping fee will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back. All items have a manufacturer's warranty if there is a defect.
