Return Policy

OHBUYIT.COM only accepts returns if the product is DOA (dead on arrival). If your purchase is not in working order, you must notify us within 7 days of when you received the item, and we will determine if the product needs to be replaced. If we have the item in stock, we will exchange; if not, we will provide a refund. PLEASE NOTE: Customer is responsible for shipping the item back. All items have a manufacturer's warranty if there is a defect.
